We have been making large clocks for more than 5 years.  Because we make them one by one as we get the orders, we can customize them in many ways.  You can add a name or phrase, logo, or picture.  Do you need a brand new specialty clock designed?  Give us a call or email us.  We can send you a mock up.

We offer a full money back return (for non personalized clocks--personalized clocks are non refundable).  If you are not happy with your clock, feel free to e-mail us within 5 days of receiving it.  We will either make you a new large wall clock or refund your money minus shipping (you will need to return the clock).  

The mechanism has a 3 year warranty.  I buy the best mechanisms I can, but sometimes they don't work.  Please let me know if yours is not working.  I will send you a new mechanism.
