We have been making large clocks for about 5 years. You can add a family name, favorite phrase, logo, photo, and even an atomic mechanism (also called radio controlled mechanism--these change automatically with daylight savings and reset themselves to keep perfect time.) These clocks make great anniversary clocks presents. You can add the couples picture or a special thank you phrase along with wedding or hire dates. Another option for these wall clocks is making a pet memorial clock or just a fun pet clock (just send me your favorite picture). We offer a full money back return (for non personalized clocks--personalized clocks are non refundable). If you are not happy with your clock, feel free to e-mail us within 5 days of receiving it. We will either make you a new large wall clock or refund your money minus shipping (you will need to return the clock).

The mechanism has a 3 year warranty. I buy the best mechanisms I can, but sometimes they don't work. Please let me know if yours is not working. I will send you a new mechanism.
